Are all the vehicles checked before delivery?
A.
Yes - All cars have
a 128 point safety check inspection and a HPi check for outstanding
finance and any hidden history.
Q.
How do I pay you?
A.
You can pay us in a number of ways cash bank drafts building society
cheques, cash (up to £9000 on any one transaction) debit or credit
cards (2% charge on credit cards) personal or business cheques we
require clearance before collection (unless otherwise agreed)

Q.
Does it come with
an MOT?
A
Yes, all of our vehicles are sold with a minimum of 6
months, any less than that and a new MOT will be issued.
Q.
Will you take my old vehicle in part exchange even if I owe money on
it to a finance company?
A.
Yes- all valuations will be based on viewing your vehicle so please
pop it along and we will give you a p/x price. (We can settle
outstanding finance)
Q.
Can you reserve a vehicle I like from the website?
A.
Yes you can please phone, e-mail or fax us as soon as you see a
vehicle you really like. we advertise all over the internet and in
local papers and have a very high turnover it is common practice to
avoid disappointment for our Customers to put a small deposit on a
vehicle prior to seeing a vehicle in the flesh so to speak. Our
refund policy is if you’re not happy with the description or quality
when you first view it we will simply refund your deposit.

Q.
Can you propose me for finance to see if I get
accepted?
A.
yes-at SCS we deal with a number of finance companies so even if you
have had problems we can usually help, sometimes this will take a
bit of work and persuasion from out finance team so at the point of
proposing finance we take a small holding deposit so we know we have
got a sale as long as we get the finance. Our refund policy is if we
can’t get you passed for finance we will simply refund your deposit.
Q.What
paperwork will I need with me to be able to obtain finance and drive
away the same day?
A.
when doing your finance application paperwork we simply just ask you
to fill in a form i.e. name address occupation bank details etc
when you collect your new vehicle and sign your finance agreement we
require you be bring some ID – your full drivers licence (both parts
if newer card type) showing your current address or disclosed old
address, two recent utility bills or bank statements dated within
last 3-months. And your bank account no and sort code. |
