Q. Will you take my old vehicle in part exchange even if I owe money on it to a finance company?
A. Yes- all valuations will be based on viewing your vehicle so please pop it along and we will give you a p/x price. (We can settle outstanding finance)
Q. Can you reserve a vehicle I like from the website?
A. Yes you can phone, e-mail or fax us as soon as you see a vehicle you really like. As we advertise all over the internet and in local papers and have a very high turnover it is common practice - to avoid disappointment - for our customers to put a small deposit on a vehicle prior to seeing it in the flesh so to speak. Our refund policy is if you’re not happy with the description or quality when you first view it we will simply refund your deposit.
Q. Can you propose me for finance to see if I get accepted?
A. Yes - at SCS we deal with a number of finance companies so even if you have had problems we can usually help, sometimes this will take a bit of work and persuasion from our finance team so at the point of proposing finance we take a small holding deposit so we know we have got a sale as long as we get the finance. Our refund policy is if we can’t get you passed for finance we will simply refund your deposit.
Q.What paperwork will I need with me to be able to obtain finance and drive away the same day?
A. When doing your finance application paperwork we simply just ask you to fill in a form i.e. name address occupation bank details etc. When you collect your new vehicle and sign your finance agreement we require you be bring some ID – your full driver's licence (both parts if newer card type) showing your current address or disclosed old address, two recent utility bills or bank statements dated within last 3-months. And your bank account number and sort code.
